La Boheme Villa is a hand-built, 2-bedroom villa, overlooking Hepburn Regional Park and just minutes' from Victoria's premier spa town. There is an on-site pottery studio where you can purchase fine ceramics that you will see throughout the villa.
The entire 2-bedroom holiday villa is available to guests and comes equipped with a wood fireplace, a large corner spa bath, walk-in rain shower, 55-inch Smart TV and full kitchen facilities.
Guests staying at La Boheme Villa have the chance to see abundant wildlife right outside the villa's windows or when strolling to the waterfall at the base of the property. Daylesford is 8 minutes' drive away and Hepburn Springs is 15 minutes' drive from the property.
The property is a tranquil and secluded 18 acres of bushland overlooking a Hepburn Regional Park just 4 kilometres from one of Victoria's most stunning rural towns. Daylesford / Hepburn Springs is the country's spa capital with mineral water springs.
I am a retired stage set builder and have hand built this villa with this flavour through-out the house and property. My wife is a ceramic artist and has her studio with-in the 18 acres that we live on. This is open by appointment.
Our property backs onto Sailors creek that is fed from an 80 ft. waterfall just minutes walk from the property. Many walking trails and open space are available for guests to roam freely with-out disturbance. We, the owners live close by.
