We are a friendly, family run bed and breakfast/chambres d'hotes with 5 comfortable bedrooms siruated ust outside the pretty medieval town of Sauveterre de Bearn and close to the border with the Basque Country.
There is parking for cars and vans.
Breakfast is included and is normally served in the dining room, but if you prefer you can have breakfast in your room or in the garden. Breakfast is a generous continental breakfast, but for 5 euros extra you can have a full English. We do need 24 hours notice for this.
We can provide evening meals by special request, but do not have a restaurant.
If you need transport to and from the airport or train station this can be arranged, again we will need 24 hours notice.
We are just an hour from Biarritz on the Atlantic coast, and an hour from skiing in the Pyrenees. The scenery is lush and green and primarily farmland, with many medieval towns to explore and ideal territory for cycling and canoeing. Close by is the thermal town of Salies de Bearn.
We are perfectly situated for summer or winter breaks. If you're a fair weather skier, like us, come and stay for a week, we can take you to the slopes on the nicer days and you can explore the region too!
